Prepare and Attend

Dear Participants of the HighMatTech-2023!

The preliminary program of the HighMatTech-2023 is now online to help you plan your schedule. Some small changes are still possible, so be sure to bookmark it in your browser as soon as possible.

Below we provide key technical details for attending and presenting at the conference.

HighMatTech-2023 Technical Details

On-line participation

          • We will send you a Zoom link for joining the Conference at least 30 minutes before the session starts on the day of your presentation. If you are a contact person for your abstract but not the presenter, please make sure the presenter has the link.

Offline participation

          • Room 101, Building 9, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute,  35 Polytechnichna str., Kyiv

Oral Presentations

          • Prepare your presentation as Powerpoint or PDF slides with 16:9 size ratio.
          • The time available for standard or invited oral presentation is 15 minutes in total (10 min talk + 5 min for discussion). The time available for Keynotes talks is 30 minutes in total (20 min talk + 10 min for discussion).
          • We will keep the scheduled starting time for each presentation even if the previous author does not require the full allowed time or if there is an unexpected cancellation.
          • Ensure to be in the session room at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session.

Poster Presentations

          • Poster presentation will be held on-line only. Please, plan your schedule to be available to present or visit the poster session on-line during the poster session for your Symposium. Please consult the Conference program to find your specific time, when it becomes published.
          • Prepare your poster as a single slide in the PowerPoint or PDF format with 16:9  size ratio. Do not use excessive or small text on your slide. Make sure all objects (text and graphics) are visible from 1-1.5 meters on your computer screen.
          • All posters must be prepared in English.
          • There is no need to upload your presentation anywhere. You will present the slide from your computer online during an active poster session. All poster presenters will have 5 minutes to briefly introduce their results during an active poster session.  After that, the poster presenters will have one hour for discussion in their personally assigned Zoom rooms.

All registered participants of the HighMatTech-2023 will obtain the Conference materials package: on-line participants  via post after the conference,  offline participants  at the conference. Please, note that only participants, who attended the conference and presented their talks will receive the Certificate of attendance.
