Prof. Andrey Ragulya is full member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and full member of the International Institute for the Science of Sintering. Prof. A. Ragulya received his Ph.D. (1993) and D.Sc. (2001) degrees from the Frantsevich Institute for Problems of Materials Science, NAS of Ukraine. Since 1985 he has been working at Frantsevich Institute for Problems of Materials Science, NAS of Ukraine in the field of nanomaterials and sintering technology. At the beginning of 90th Andrey Ragulya proposed the theoretical basis for Rate Controlled Sintering Process (RCSP), which previously had been experimentally considered by Prof. H. Palmour.

Beatriz Noheda

Prof., Zernike Institute for Advanced Materials, University of Groningen, Netherlands
Beatriz Noheda is full professor at the Zernike Institute for Advanced Materials, University of Groningen (The Netherlands), where she chairs the Solid State Materials for Electronics group. Her team develops materials for future electronics, with focus on ferroelectric, piezoelectric and memristive oxides. Since 2017, she is also the founding director of the Groningen Cognitive Systems andi Materials Center (CogniGron), an initiative that joins researchers in materials science, physics, mathematics, computer science and AI to develop brain-inspired devices, circuits and computers. Noheda is a Fellow of the American Physical Society and recipient of the IEEE- Robert E. Newnham Ferroelectrics Award.

Valery Skryshevsky

Dr.Sci., Prof., Head of Department of Nanophysics of Condensed Matters at Educational Scientific Institute of High Technologies, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine
Valery Skryshevsky was born in Kyiv, in 1955. He received his Ph.D. degree in 1984, and his Doctor of Science degree (Habilitation) in 2001 at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He worked as a visiting professor at universities in France and Germany. Skryshevsky is currently Professor and Head of Department of Nanophysics of Condensed Matters at Educational Scientific Institute of High Technologies, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. He is the Winner of the State Prize in Science and Technology of Ukraine (2012), The State Award of the Ukraine: Merited Figure of Science and Technology of Ukraine (2016). His main scientific and research interests are focused on technology and research in the field of nanomaterials, its application in optoelectronics, hydrogen energy, chemical and biosensors, bioimaging, theranostics.
