Authors are encouraged to submit original and previously unpublished works. All abstracts will undergo single-blind peer review to evaluate their relevance, quality, originality, and language. Acceptance notifications will be sent to authors via email no later than a week after the submission deadline.
NOTE: only abstracts of the talks delivered at the conference will be included in the Book of Abstracts.
Please, prepare your abstract in plain text using the following guidelines:
Language – English;
Problem statement and objective – up to 100 words (500 symbols);
Methods – up to 100 words (500 symbols);
Main results and Conclusions – up to 200 words (1000 symbols);
No figures or tables;
Simple inline plain text formulas, if required.
The deadline for Abstract submission is May 15 May 25, 2025.
The authors of accepted abstracts are invited to develop the materials into a full text paper. We will soon provide details and conditions for the publication of full-text papers..
Please note, that due to technical specifics of online poster sessions, poster (flash) presentations are limited to ONE for each participant.
