All presenters have to pay the Conference Fee upon registration.

To make the conference accessible for the majority of participants, especially those Ukrainians who find themselves in a dire financial situation, this year we take a limited “pay-what-you-want” approach to the conference fee. Only a minimum amount covering the absolute basics of organizational costs is required, as outlined below. We ask those participants who can afford it to pay larger contributions to support the conference organization efforts.

The minimum conference fee contributions are as follows:

• • • • International participants: 100 Euro (students, including PhD students, are eligible for a 50% discount).
      • Ukrainian participants: 300 UAН base fee + 100 UAH per each abstract with the same presenter; the base fee includes processing of one abstract. UMRS members are eligible for a 50% discount to the base fee.

The Base Conference Fee Сovers:

• • • • Organizing costs (software licensing, equipment rental, etc.);
      • Publication of Abstracts;
      • Program and supplements;
      • Coffee-breaks.

NOTE: Payment information will be sent to participants together with the Abstract Acceptance Confirmation Notice, after the peer-review process and decision of the Scientific Committee, by email provided upon Abstract Submission. Please proceed with the registration by making conference base fee payment before the 2nd of May, 2026 to be included in the final Program.
