Giudelines

Authors are encouraged to submit original and previously unpublished works. All abstracts will undergo single-blind peer review to evaluate their relevance, quality, originality, and language. Acceptance notifications will be sent to authors via email no later than a week after the submission deadline.

The accepted abstracts of the registered participants will be included into the Conference Book of Abstracts. The costs to prepare and distribute the Book of Abstract are included in the base fee.

Please, prepare your abstract in plain text using the following guidelines:

      • Language – English;
      • Problem statement and objective – up to 100 words (500 symbols);
      • Methods – up to 100 words (500 symbols);
      • Main results and Conclusions – up to 200 words (1000 symbols);
      • No figures or tables;
      • Simple inline plain text formulas, if required.

We will send you a notification of receipt via email provided in the submission form within two days after the submission. If you do not see the confirmation after two days, please make sure the message is not in your spam folder and contact the Organizing Committee.

The deadline for Abstract submission is May 1, 2023 May 15, 2023.

Authors of accepted abstracts may choose to develop the material into a full paper for publication in the Conference Proceedings, indexed by Scopus.

Please note, that due to technical specifics of online poster sessions, poster presentations are limited to ONE for each participant.
